I was plonked here in the middle of Wisconsin 15 years ago, I have made it my home and like everything about it except the winters.I retired in 08 and have never been busier, doing all the lovely things that make me happy, creating art and some useful art too. I have gone from watercolor painting,to sewing, making altered books, creating amazing felt art and my passion is textile art.
I come from the heart of wool country, Huddersfield England. This was the main hub of textiles in the UK in the last century. They are famous for the beautiful worsted wool cloth worn by Presidents and affuent people all over the world.
I learn and create every day and hope to fill this blog with interesting things.
